7" Nakiri out of AEB-L stainless steel with a 3/32"spine. This is a more of a chopper rather than a fine slicer. The handle is of Richlite in Blue Canyon and Maple colors. The spacers are black and white G-10 along with a turquoise-colored gemstone composite. The bolster is black G-10, as is the handle frame. The overall handle shape is oval. The side of the blade has a hammered finish to aid in food release.
