Chameleon

Chameleon, a complex medium roast, was blended to be enjoyed brewed in multiple ways. After several weeks of blending and tweaking the base, body, and brightness of the blend, it is finally ready.  The flavor profile is distinctively different depending on whether it is brewed as an espresso, drip, or cold brew.  Chocolate, molasses, dried fruit and roasted nuts come together in Chameleon and provide an outstanding cup of coffee or shot of espresso.
