Ghost Town

As many people know there was a mass migration of people moving west in search of a better life for via the Oregon and Mormon trails. As stagecoaches moved their way west through Wyoming, small boom towns emerged to accommodate survival needs of food and goods.   Wyoming has a long history of boom and bust, boom towns established out of necessity and disappear due to lack of being self-sufficient.  Some of the buildings of these towns still exist today, as ghost towns.  Long abandoned but should never be forgotten.  They once thrived and were an important part of the western expansion. So, to honor the many ghost towns in Wyoming, we took 3 of our favorite beans, blended them up and roasted them medium.  The medium roast brings out an earthy profile with notes of milk chocolate and caramel with low acidity.  Don't let the medium roast fool you, this blend has an above average caffeine kick!
