The Sheriff

The Sheriff was a labor of love.  We set out to create an espresso blend that would satisfy all lovers of shot of espresso as well as those that love to make specialty coffee at home.  The Sheriff has a good amount of body and brightness that pops off the palate - resulting in a very versatile roast that can be enjoyed brewed drip.  We used premium beans from Peru, El Salvador and Uganda to create the medium/dark roast that boosts flavors of chocolate, nougat and dried fruit.
