NSF listed for Class I Taste & Odor and chlorine reductions.  The MC2 Cartridge features .5 micron precoat filtration for typical QC71 applications.  The EV9612-55 Specifications:  Capacity: 9000 gallons Working Pressure Range: 10-125 psi Temperature Range: 35-100 F Flow Rate: 1.67 GPM  The MC 2 cartridge is NSF/ANSI Standard 42 & 53 Tested for the reduction of:  Taste & Odor Chlorine Taste & Odor Particulates Class I Lead TTHM (Trihalomethanes) Cysts Turbidity Asbestos  This genuine Everpure product needs to be replaced every 9000 Gallons based on water quality and usage.
