We love this Bourbon Barrel Aged Soy Sauce and use it exclusively in our Black Cat Bistro Kitchen. It is small batch produced in Kentucky using non-GMO Kentucky grown soy beans that are aged in authentic Kentucky Bourbon Barrels. Smoky with hints of oak and sweetness...Excellent!
