Roast Profile:  Right down the middle medium roast.   Field Notes:  Both of these coffees come from our partners at Royal Coffee Importers. The Guatemalan component is cultivated in the Antigua region from small family owned farms and processed at the Finca Medina Mill. Our Papua New Guinea beans come from small land lots in the Nebilyer valley and processed at a mill that has been operating for over 40 years.
