Roast Medium Roast Description Huila, a department in southern Colombia spanned by the Andes mountains and home to towering Nevado del Huila volcano, is nestled along the eastern borders of the Cauca and Tolima regions. In the 'World Atlas of Coffee', author James Hoffman, a Champion barista and coffee roaster, notes that Huila offers a unique combination of great soil and great geography for growing a high quality coffee. 'Huilas Quilt' is among one of the most complex, delicious fruit-driven Colombian coffees. This is vibrant, rich coffee that is exciting to drink and also very approachable. This is a washed whole bean coffee.  Ground options are available.
