Javesca Holiday Blend (Volume 5)

Roast: Medium-Dark Process: Washed, Natural, Wet-Hulled Origins: Central America + Colombia + Indonesia Flavor Notes: Berries, Spice, Cedar Smoke Santa's Little Helper Volume 5 is a new take on our classic holiday blend. Trying to drive a smooth mocha java profile with a heavy berry afternote, we cupped, tasted, and roasted many profiles but settled on a 3 part post blend to really lock in the multi faceted experience! This year's Volume 5 release goes back to it's roots containing portions of wet-hulled Indonesia Sumatra, Washed Guatemalan, and Natural Colombian coffees. We are excited to have three iterations of this popular blend available in 2024. Enjoy one or explore all three with a Sample Box! P.S. This blend pairs perfectly with Santa's favorite cookies and drinks well hot or cold! **We recommend using whole bean coffee for maximum shelf life, but if you select "Ground" below we will grind orders for standard home drip coffee machines.**
