Panama Bambito Estate - Limited Release

Roast: Light Process: Washed Origins: Panama, Bambito Estate Flavor Notes: Honey, White Peach, Pomegranate Located in the Volcan Baru area of Panama between two national forest parks, the award-winning Bambito Estate is renowned for its continued quality coffee lots year after year. The Estate is crossed by two mountain ridges from east to west that protect the coffee trees from the summer northern winds. The northern part of the estate has less solar exposure, resulting in more shade and consistently produces top quality coffee lots. The slightly cooler temperatures combined with the growing elevation of 1650 - 1800 meters leads to coffee cherries that mature slowly, increasing their density, and overall flavor compound.  This specific lot is comprised of Arabica trees made up of Caturra and Catuai varieties.
