Passage

This is a journey piece, I deal with this theme in a lot of my work, the idea that life is a journey. My dad told me a number of times as I was growing up to always remain teachable. I have found that staying teachable throughout my life has served me well in being open to new ideas and experiences that have greatly enriched my life. Also, I have struggled with a lot of things that I was open to. Some experiences have brought me joy and others pain, the great thing is that by being willing to try new things, I have been able to discover what makes me happy and what I need to avoid.
