This little paring knife is perfect for all those small jobs in the kitchen (except for picking your teeth). The blade is AEB-L stainless steel and the handle is stabilized and dyed Buckeye burl. It’s very light at 1.8 oz. And the blade is 4” and 7 1/2” overall.
