Suzani Tote with Coin Purse

Traditional Suzani style textiles hail from Uzbekistan and surrounding areas. Most often using a pomegranate and large floral motif design.  Often a bride and her mother create these textiles as part of their dowry.  Sources trace back to the 15th Century, but most likely it’s an even older tradition.  Ours are sourced from Uzbekistan and made in Jaipur.  Suede details.
