MicroSplat - HDRP 2022 Support

Adds support for Unity's High Definition Render Pipeline (HDRP) in Unity 2022.2 and Unity 2022.3LTS (when released) to MicroSplat Discord Group If you have purchased the HDRP 2021 Support package from the JDBTechServices store, you can upgrade to this version for free. Go to: https://shadowed.services/jdbtech/ and enter you original invoice number and github username and you will be granted access. Unity's new Scriptable Render Pipeline (SRP) requires a full rewrite of all shaders for each version of each SRP. This module adds support for targeting the High Definition Render Pipeline shipping with Unity 2022.2 and Unity 2022.3LTS shortly after release.
