This is Kaia Wilson's 5th solo album, and it contains her most mature (adult) songwriting to date, along with some incredibly thoughtful production by Seth Lorinczi (The Corin Tucker Band/Golden Bears) and Rob Jones (Jealous Butcher Records). There is nothing slick (and by slick read sterile/perfected) in these recordings; they were done very much one at a time, over a very long period of time, and in different settings (kitchens, basements, bedrooms, studios).
