Engineered from 3/16inch CNC and Laser-cut steel that is then brake-formed into one piece sections, this axle truss minimizes excess heat and weld shrinkage; reducing the chances of axle warping and hence easy installation. An integrated 3/16inch steel backbone that passes through the center of the main truss sections add 9/16inches of backbone bracing to the axle. Secondary ¼ inch steel differential bridge connects the right and left truss sections over the cast differential center section to give an extremely strong one-piece of integrated truss system from end to end.
