Commonly called a Stage 3, these "Super Street" 250cc hybrid injectors will typically produce around 550-600hp with proper supporting modifications depending on the year of your truck.  100% nozzles will give better towing capabilities and run cleaner, 200% nozzles will give the most power but expect EGT's to be higher.  This size of injector is where you will want to seriously think about bottom end engine work done, like billet rods and a plate girdle.
