Biciclettas of Italy - Rome (Original Artwork)

Original artwork of Jen Lublin, titled "Biciclettas of Italy - Rome", No. 7 in a Series of 9 from the DOLCE VITA DREAMS Collection debut in June of 2023.  Additionally, this work is part of the "Biciclettas of Italy" Subseries  No. 1 in a series of 2. This whimsical illustration combines both the modern day La Dolce Vita girl (living The Sweet Life) and Roman ruins rich with so much history. Highlighted is the ancient amphitheatre backdrop Rome is most known for - the Roman Colosseum. This center of the city is one of the oldest preserved in the world; dating back to 80 AD, with the Colosseum being the largest amphitheatre ever built. Spotlighted here is also the Italian Bicicletta (bicycle) along with a light-hearted nod to the popular Italian Aperitif cocktail, also called the "Bicicletta". This cocktail, a cousin to the Spritz, was said to be named after the old Italian men who were known to bicycle home wobbly after drinking a few too many of them. This playful art will hopefully
