Hope on the Horizon

Her world was turned upside down when their car was hit head on by a drunk driver on their way home. Sarah immediately underwent several surgeries, and her parents worried how they were going to break the news to their daughter that not only was she a paraplegic, but her legs were gone as well. However, Sarah was blessed with a gift, a compensating blessing that I believe came straight from Heaven. Sarah was granted hope. She told me that the instant she regained consciousness she was overcome by an incredible sense of all the great things that awaited her in life. She knew it was going to be okay.
