Old School's Sugar Cookie Mix is simple to prepare and yields a tasty golden vanilla cookie. While this historical confection has lasted for centuries, our guess is these cookies will disappear quickly from your cookie jar! OLD SCHOOL BRAND™SUGAR COOKIES1 bag Sugar Cookie Mix1 beaten egg14 tablespoons softened butterCombine the contents of the bag with butter and a beaten egg. Blend with a mixer to form the dough. Chill dough until firm enough to shape into 1″ balls, roll in sugar, and place on baking sheet. Bake at 350°F for 9 – 11 minutes or until light brown. Yield: about 24 cookies. FOR ROLL-OUT SUGAR COOKIESRoll out chilled dough on a floured board, dusting with flour on top and bottom. Cut to desired shape, place cookie on a cookie sheet and bake as directed above.
