Hire Us - Balloon Retainer

  This listing is a non-refundable payment to retain our services of designing and creating a balloon garland or other decor. We will deduct the deposit from the balance of services. Our minimum is $300 on weekends before installation. All prices subject to change. If you know the date, get on our books. We will go over further details closer to time. Notes & Instructions: Add to cart the $50 booking deposit. We will invoice the rest once we have finalized decor details.
