I charge you to prepare the way for your children but also for your family, friends and community. Seek to clear a way for the purposes of God to move freely. Turn from sin, hold fast to what is good, and serve our God with all of your heart. As Christ began his ministry John knew his time had come, he had walked in the will of God. Humble, living in simplicity rather than excess John was the messenger to make clear the way for Jesus courageously.
