The Jerky.com Jerky Gun is the perfect jerky shooter to get your feet wet.. The industrial drive system handles any ground meat like a charm. Simply load the 9" barrel with your favorite seasoned ground meat recipe and dispense either flat jerky strips or round meat sticks. The barrel will hold 3/4 pounds of meat, which is the perfect capacity for any small batch home recipe. The Jerky Gun comes with a 1/2" round nozzle, a 1 3/16" x 3/16" interchangeable flat nozzle.  Does it clean easily? Absolutely. Cleaning the nooks and crannies is also a breeze with our 10" long nylon brush with braided wire handle and small nozzle brush. The Jerky.com Jerky Gun has been designed to be modular. The nozzle and the tube have been designed to be assembled, disassembled, and interchanged to provide you with the most flexibility during use as well as for cleaning purposes.
