It is by far the best variety I have ever grown. Stems are thick and vigorous. Plants tend to form sweet potatoes in a clump at the base of the plant making for easier harvest. It is just like a standard orange skin/flesh sweet potato when it comes to texture and flavor.  I originally got Tainung sweet potato cuttings from Cody Cove Farms in Babson Park FL.
