Sriracha Riso Print

This Risograph print in bright red on a creamy warm white heavyweight paper began as a for-fun piece of art I made years ago. In my early 20s, I lived in Brooklyn and Sriracha was really having its first explosive moment in the U.S. I used to carry a small bottle of it in my purse to brunch at Enid’s in Greenpoint because I just couldn’t get enough of it! My appreciation for spicy asian sauces and toppings knows no bounds but it all started with the OG sriracha. I redrew the art in 2023 to be a bit more fun and goopy (the original was a thinner script) and printed it on my Riso with a heavy ink coverage for a velvety and rich outcome.
