4-10 Tree Friend

Mixed media on paper, 9 x 9"  How many tree friends did you have growing up? Did you know their arms well from dangling or laying on them? Do you remember the joy of just drawing (scribbling a lot) as a kid? This painting kind of incorporates both of those ideas. Just a tree. A glorious tree as seen through your ten year old eyes. The joy, excitement, and possibly in a summer afternoon.
