L. lundii ‘Jewell’s’

This is a species from the mountainous coastal areas of southern Brazil and Bolivia which can form large mats of growths.  The 1½” flowers are whitish with a lavender veined lip and usually occur in pairs.  This plant is the only Brazilian Laelia with two leaves.  Plants bloom in the spring. The flower picture is from a previous blooming of the mother plant. (Plants are bare root front bulb blooming size divisions with at least one new growth.)
