Designing the Spokane was initially about accomplishing two goals: 1. Making a black shoe fun and unique, and 2. Doing something quilted, as I have always loved that effect. And the Spokane with the "facing" of the Rainier austerity brogue resulted in the perfect design. The Spokane is a truly unique dress shoe, splashing a bit of fun into what is -- at first glance -- just another formal shoe.
