SRTM60080 Split Flange Seal Profile

The SRTM 60080 Split Flange Mold Seal Profile makes the SEAL GROOVE when building the removable portion(s) of the mold cavity; this profile is not the actual seal.  Using the SRTM 60080 profile provides the precise seal groove width and depth in the face of the movable parting line flange. The seal profile is used to make the mold flange, so once the moveable side of the mold is completed, it is removed and replaced with the SRTM60081 seal to create the actual reusable seal on the split line flanges of the mold cavity.  The profile is 1/4" x 1/4" and is provided in 10-foot rolls made of reusable heat-cured 100% silicone rubber.  NOTE: When a die-locked part requires a split mold, the V Groove perimeter seal is required.
