SRTM60083 Vanishing Resin Channel

The SRTM60083 Vanishing Resin Channel creates resin flow channels that will collapse after the injection. It eliminates resin-rich flow channels on the back side that can also "shadow" the "A" finish side, providing an accelerated resin fill. The channels can also sequence flow paths leading from one primary channel feed line, which is most useful on large moldings. The SRTM60083 Vanishing Flow Channel is to be installed upon the semi-cured SRTM600600 series silicone rubber while making an SRTM Silicone reusable membrane (Bag).  Application: 1 In the process of applying the SRTM silicone rubber the membrane thickness is applied consistently along the path of each of the vanishing resin runner channels to a membrane thickness of not greater than 3mm ( 1/8" ). There is to be no reinforcement fabric in the nominal membrane along the channel except at the location of the injection port. At the port location, prior to applying the silicone rubber, there are small runners typically not more
