Hand Carders

A lifetime of service is built into our hand carders. The paddles are specially shaped to protect the card cloth from wear, and they attach to the handles with tenons for superior strength. All carders come with curved backs. Available in two gauges of carding cloth: 72 points per square inch (an all-purpose carding cloth) 112 points per square inch (great for fine wool and downy fibers).  Dimensions: 7-3/4" x 5-1/4" with 5-1/2" handle.
