We had such a wonderful time in Paris, that Jillyanna wanted to replicate some of the dishes we enjoyed. The following dishes are classic bistro menu items. Please note that we will be using the best beef tenderloin for our Steak au Poivre. Jillyanna took an inspiring choux pastry class in Paris and she will show you some of the pastry techniques that she learned while she was there. Profiteroles filled with homemade ice cream and topped with the most delicious chocolate sauce should delight the child in you.
