Pulled Pork (Whole or Per Pound)

Our pork butt shoulders are hand seasoned and smoked over a combination of Hickory and Post Oak till they are juicy and tender.  After resting for maxim juiciness, they are hand pulled and packaged in a vacuum sealed bag to maintain freshness. Sold in 1 pound bags, all you have to do is heat and eat. add your favorite barbecue sauce (also available on this site) or some coleslaw and you have the perfect pulled pork sandwich. Whole pork shoulders are available upon request.
