Choose the number of Cotton Candy you would like. If you purchase the "Filled" option, you will receive the your favors fully assembled. (Including the item) If you purchase the "Unfilled" option you will receive the custom label. The label is adhesive and will be applied directly to the cotton candy. Also for this option, assembly instructions is provided.
