It is hard for some to deal with, and for others it is an exciting way to move to something better. Perhaps both are true for each change we encounter, depending on one’s perspective. With this current change of season, and fresh start of the new year, I look forward, ready to embrace whatever journey life brings. My piece represents leaning in, basking in the beautiful light of the future, and celebrating the new and exciting path that lies before us. About the artist: JoAnn Marie Milner is an artist living in Southern Alberta, Canada. She works primarily in watercolor and ink.
