Accurately and efficiently measure wire crimp pull forces up to 200 lbF [1 kN] with the WT-205M motorized pull tester. This portable and customizable tester meets UL, ISO, ASTM, SAE, and MIL standards for both destructive and non-destructive testing. Perform pull-to-break, pull-to-load, or load-hold tests per UL 486A/B requirements. Programmable pass/fail limits with visual and audio alerts ensure easy identification of non-conforming samples. The standard terminal fixture fits wire sizes up to AWG 3 (0.25 in [6.3 mm]), while a self-tightening wedge grip secures the free end. Optional interchangeable grips accommodate a variety of materials—samples can be sent to Mark-10 for grip recommendations. Store up to 2,000 test readings with date/time stamps.
