Square Tube Die Sets

These dies fit all JMR Benders and can be used to bend the specified size square tube in mild steel, stainless steel, DOM, Docal, 4130 chrome moly and more. Material Size – refers to actual Outside Diameter of the tube as measured with a caliper. CLR – stands for Center Line Radius, meaning the bend radius as measured from the center rotation point of the die to the middle of the tubing. (see image)Max Degree of Bend – Dies can be purchased to bend up to 90 degrees or up to a full U-bend of 180 degrees after springback All of our dies have a 1.0" center pin hole and .875" drive pin holes. They are designed to work specifically with JMR tubing benders. However, many customers have used them in JD Squared Model 3 benders, Pro Tools 105 Benders, and imported Chinese copies of our bender such as Woodward Fab, Eastwood, and Vevor Benders. We cannot guarantee that these bender dies will fit those benders.
