"My painting are often populated with little people who have affectionately come to be known around here as 'waterbabies'. While one sits underneath a leafy canopy with his little acorn hat and the other reclines in a walnut shell bath, with the sweet scent of violet blossoms, the waterbabies are taking time for a little enchantment.
