HISTORY: On July 4,1919 Jack Dempsey fought Jess Willard for the Heavyweight Title. In a fight that saw Willard knocked down several times and hurt badly the fight was won by Dempsey by a 3rd round TKO. Presented here is an original, unused fight envelope for this event.  FULL DESCRIPTION: This is and original, unused fight envelope. Printed in top left corner, WILLARD-DEMPSEY 12 ROUND BOXING EXHIBITION AT TOLEDO, OHIO JULY 4, 1919. Clean front and back. Not creased or torn. Mild toning from age. 5" x 11 1/2." Rare, the first we have seen.
