This micro-lot was put together by Optimist Coffee Traders, a social impact company dedicated to showcasing the beauty of Congolese coffee.  Umoja, grown around the Lake Kivu region, is a beautiful coffee with notes of cocoa, fresh lemon, green apple, and a slight floral finish.
