About the Joe: Why we love it: This Mexico blew us away! If you know much about Mexican coffees, you would know they are often high in acidity. When we stumbled upon this guy, whoa. The acidity lowered and was met with a bright, rich milk chocolate aroma. We're still figuring how to describe the beauty of this coffee -- but what we'll see is this: it's RICH, it's SWEET, and it's GOOD. ______________ You may taste: A well-balanced coffee, with notes of sweet dark chocolate and applesauce-like fruitiness.
