 A Day to Remember © John Sloane John says “This peaceful painting was inspired by a beautiful snowfall many years ago.  My wife and I took a long walk around the neighborhood and I absorbed as much as possible for future inspiration.  Eventually we ended the day, cold but happy, sipping hot cocoa in a local shop.  Others may not remember that day at all, but for us, it truly was (and remains) a very special day to remember.Every day offers something wonderful for you to remember fondly.  Look for these magical moments, large or small, in your day.  It may take some work to find them, but it will always be worth the effort.  This week (and always), stay aware for these quiet moments of happiness.”
