Following the Light

Following the Light © John SloaneAs we begin our journey through the coming year, we wonder what lies ahead.  Like all adventures into the unknown, we move forward with excitement as well as caution. We may have hopes and plans but, like the travelers in my painting, it’s wise to proceed slowly but steadily, gaining confidence with every step. The lantern and sunrise both symbolize the ideals and inspiration that guide our daily actions.This week (and year), enjoy the adventures that every day brings. Wherever we go - out in the world or just around the house - there are many opportunities for discovery.  Appreciate everything along the way, large and small, and your journey will always be memorable.
