Some colors require a little more water, some a little less. Moisten the sponge or brush and work the surface of the cake into a rich spreadable cream or desired consistency. Spritz with Mehron Barrier Spray can be used to remain water resistant. HOW TO REMOVE: Removes easily with makeup remover or by lathering with soap and rinse with water.
