This integral bolster chef knife is forged from high carbon Damascus steel in a one of a kind pattern of twisted crushed W’s. The sculpted handle is made from exhibition grade stabilized Hawaiian Koa, Mammoth Ivory with G-10 spacers. The 7 3/4” blade has a compound “S” grind and the piece is 12.5” overall.
