This 9” chef knife is made with 420 stainless steel cladding over 26C3 high carbon core steel. The spalted maple handle is topped with a Richlite bolster with a custom slotted tang fit. Very unique in style, the knife is about 13.5” overall and weight just over 8 ounces.
