Stainless San Mai chef

This Deba style blade is forged with a W2 high carbon core and Inconel stainless steel cladding. This is a difficult and rare technique but gives a traditional look without the discoloration and patina. the handle is made from Jade G-10 and black linen micarta. The cutting edge is 3 3/8” (160mm) and the blade is 2 1/4” (57mm) tall at the heel. The knife is 11 3/4”” overall.
