This integral bolster chef knife is made of mosaic high carbon Damascus. Each bar is individually twisted and then arranged in a herringbone pattern before being forged to shape. The dyed and stabilized maple burl handle moth micarta spacer complete the knife. 8” blade, 12.5” overall.
