This blend is our elaboration on an "Agua de Jamaica." Agua de Jamaica is a Mexican sweetened drink made of an infusion of hibiscus and other herbs, usually cinnamon and star anise. To this, we add a bit of spearmint, lemongrass, and pink peppercorn building a sweet and spicy bridge of flavour.
