Royal Red Robe Oolong

Ingredients:  Oolong from the Wu Yi Mountains of Chian’a Fujian Province.  A Da Hong Pao, highly oxidized, Oolong. Description:  Oolong, “black dragon tea”, got its name because of how the leaves are generally long and curl like a dragon’s body.  Royal Red Robe Oolong bears its namesake proudly.  The twisted black leaves unfurl in the water like a dragon moving through the water.  The smell is strong and robust, the taste rich and smoky.  Have a cup and feel the dragon inside of you.  It’s your day—seize it by the tail.
